N. B. the video (Flash player)
is 4 MB and downloading can be rather time-consuming. Please be patient. Thank you. A conventional paper catalogue can incorporate a chip containing
a sound message whose playback is triggered on demand or upon opening the catalogue. This is very useful for attracting attention to a product,
or for conveying the brand's sound trademark. Press files, invitations, personalised greetings cards,
there are so many communication tools that have to grab the recipient's attention. Sound, music, a voice, all of these can make
that difference upon opening the item and leave a lasting impression.
The first contact the customer has with a product is via its packaging.
The brand's image must make a statement and establish itself right from the first contact. Sound helps to make the difference. In real terms, imagine
a perfume packet at the place of sale which is able to name, in a soft voice, the fragrances from which the product is created…
Inserted into the cover of a book, the spine of a paper publication or the base of the packaging during manufacture,
an electronic chip stores your sound recordings and a specially devised programme. Numerous interactive or passive triggers
are placed in the desired location in the pages or the packaging, enabling the player to "playback" the sound recordings.
These systems, complete with slimline batteries and a little speaker, are always unobtrusive. A talking book from DelaVox Technologies
retains the shape of a conventional book; the same goes for packaging.
